At Tatcha, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and purchased directly from our official website to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Safely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return packing slip provided by the portal.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
