When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 90 days of purchase, even if the product has been opened.
Are Tatcha products cruelty-free?
Yes, Tatcha is PETA-certified cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
